To provide support to the administration office and serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. Will be responsible for all front-desk administrative support duties.
Core Performance Areas
Acts as church office receptionist, welcoming guests as soon as they arrive in church directing them to the appropriate person and office.
Answering, screening, and forward incoming phone calls, scheduling appoints.
Responsible for the procurement function
Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mails/deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Monitoring front-office supplies and ordering replacements.
Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette
Any other administrative duties assigned from time to time
Degree in Procurement from a recognized institution.
A diploma in Front office management is an added advantage
KCSE Mean Grade C
Proven work experience in administration with basic experience in procurement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional attitude and appearance
