TECHNICIAN – IMPLEMENTATION, TRAINING & SUPPORT
Reports to: Manager – Implementation, Training and Support

Job Summary
You will assist the team in installation/ configuring of the system at the client’s facility, train end-users
on system use and functionalities and offer post implementation support by resolving any arising client challenges. Specific responsibilities

SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION & TRAINING
 Leading in solution configuration, testing, data conversion and rollout factoring in client
deployment environment needs in the form of technical specifications for products in
question
 Configuration of deployment environments in observance of best practices and
deployment standards
 Confirm and recommend compliance with licensing of software to clients
 Assess training needs and conduct users training in compliance with the standards set out
 Document and fully account for clients training participation and detail out the user
acceptance testing during solution deployment
 Take charge of clients’ solution operationalization and tracking of any emerging requests until full resolution

CUSTOMER TECH SUPPORT
 Consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients to ensure that systems up time is at 99.9% performance.
 Develop lasting relationships by effectively communicating to identify client needs and
managing their expectations regarding automation efforts and advise appropriately
 Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and network to diagnose and solve hardware or software faults within set SLAs
 Introduce cost effective and innovative client support methodologies
 To review the changing customer demands and advise the developers on areas of
improvement
 Periodic System audit of the current solution that the client has acquired and the usage or abuse of the same
 Pay attention to any areas of improvement on implementation stage and customer training needs based on the support interactions/ requests

Requirements and qualifications

University degree in Computer Science / IT related field
 2 years of experience as a Software implementation & client training
 Experience in Software development
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
 Knowledge of client management
