Requirements and Skills

1. Skilled at using computer for windows office software(Word, Excel,Power point)

2. Careful and responsible working attitude.

3. Understand and obey company regulations.

Responsibilities

1.Opening and closing the showroom – keep the show room keys safely

2.Welcoming clients, guiding and helping them  with the Inquires

3.Keep the showroom clean and tidy. Keep office property safe (chair,table, TV,Cell phone Etc.)

4.Prepare invoices,contracts and delivery notes,make sure all information correct and Keep soft copy & hard copy well.

5.Check&confirm CBU stock every day, spare stock every week with management, making orders of stock needed in the showroom

6.Report daily sales correctly, record the information of every customer

7.Confirm cash sale payment received then release the motorcycle

8.Ensure the test bike returns before closing time and the key with the bike

9.Record every sale detail and print ETR,make sure ETR summary same as record

10.Collect expenses receipt,scan them,send back to godown office

11.Check the electricity, water and socket are switch off, alarm is on, and doors are well locked.

Salary Structure

1.Basic salary: 15000 to 23000KES/month
