Position Summary: –
We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative who is required to understand and resolve customer’s queries on product and service in a courteous and professional way in order to ensure customer’s satisfaction so as to achieve the set service levels.
Key competence and attributes
· 1- 2 Years of experience in a Customer Service set up
· Excellent telephone etiquette
· Good listening and communication skills
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Should be customer service oriented with a focus on meeting the needs of the customer first
· Must be computer literate
· Creative and critical thinker
· Problem solving skills with ability to handle complaints in a professional manner
· Maintains a positive attitude and enthusiasm when faced with routine work
· Dynamic and energized individual.
· Ability to multi task
· Maintains high levels of integrity and confidentiality of client information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Receiving incoming calls and provide general and technical support to customers on our products
· Quickly understand the customer’s needs and providing the best solution.
· Conducting return visit calls to clients
· Collecting and updating client information on CRM.
· Record and follow up on general queries and complaints
· Handle complaints in a polite and professional manner.
· Handle online customer support if required
Knowledge and skills:
· Diploma certificate or Holders of Bachelor’s degree will have an added advantage.
· Fluent in the English and Swahili Language
· Proficient in MS Office
· Previous experience in a customer service background will be an added advantage
· Must possess a Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
