We are looking for a well cultured and experienced Administrator with ability to manage multiple tasks, manage customers, suppliers, and support other staff. Must have a good track record in work related performance, leadership skills, communication skills and inter-personal skills
• Ensure day to day tasks are carried out in an appropriate, safe, cost effective and excellent way. • Ensure timely compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for the business. • Undertake Corporate Sales to ensure the Corporate business is able to attain the projected growth. • Support the Management’s Vision and Mission and participate in strategy development; as well as to Identify and address challenges and opportunities to ensure Business Growth. • Help design and develop adaptable and well-suited Products and Services. • improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints. • Prepare business performance reports for and share with the directors. • Oversee Projects that may be done from time to time and ensure timely delivery on budget. • Managing the primary corporate email and telephone, receiving and responding to clients.
Requirements and Skills
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Administration. • At least a Diploma in Administration, Business Management or any related course. • A sense of discretion and a high degree of professionalism is required. • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills. • An intuitive ability to recognize and appropriately convey the sensitive nature of any situation and the ability to keep all matters appropriately confidential is necessary. • Demonstrates a highly professional and cooperative demeanour with directors and co-workers. • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills. • Proven ability to give, deny or ask for information in a tactful and friendly manner and discretion in giving information about plans and/or action to anyone is required.
