•Role and Responsibilities
1.Assist in creating and reviewing statistical reports from the shops and stores.
2.Receiving and confirming goods to their locations from suppliers.
3.Maintain accurate records, stock files and stock management systems according to set standards
4.Make note of damaged inventory and reporting for necessary action.
5.Dispatch goods to the customers/shop in correct description and quantities.
6.Maintain traceability of stock at all levels to detect loss.
7.Prepare inventory for sale and deliveries
8.Ensure reasonable stock levels are maintained to avoid under stocking and over stocking
9.Plan, supervise and coordinate cyclic stock audits/annual stock taking
10.Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality
11.Any other duties assigned
•Key Requirements (qualifications and skills)
Minimum level of education: Diploma/ degree in relevant business courses
At least 2 years of experience as a stock controller
High level of keenness and accuracy
