B.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

B1:  Overall purpose of the job:
This position is responsible for overall sales activities, achieving group growth and hitting individual sales target with established specification and at set efficiencies

B2:  Current duties of the job:
•    Successfully manage the sales team to hit their targets consistently
•    Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
•    New sales and upselling of Electronic Cargo Tracking System (ECTS), Fuel and fleet management and Speed limiters.
•    Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships for more business production by partnering with the on boarded clients and understanding their needs
•    Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the Head of Sales in the weekly meetings
•    Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status in the industry
•    Share weekly reports with clarity on the achievement
•    Compliance to the Track and Trace Operating system (TOS)deliverables

B3:  Indicators of good performance of the job:
•    Degree or Diploma in business related course
•    Successful previous experience as a sales consultant, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
•    Committed to continuous education through in-house trainings workshops, seminars and conferences
•    Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
•    Proven ability to drive the sales process from strategy to close
•    Strong business intellect and industry proficiency
•    Excellent team players

C.  JOB REQUIREMENTS:

C1:  Formal Education and Professional Qualifications:
•    Degree or Diploma in business related course
•    Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
•    Committed to continuous education through in-house trainings workshops, seminars and conferences
•    Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
•    Proven ability to drive the sales process from strategy to close
•    Strong business intellect and industry proficiency
•    Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

C2:  Relevant working experience:
•    At least 2 years working in sale related field

C3:  Responsibility for internal and external relations:
a.    Internal: Managing Director, Head of Sales, Regional Supervisor, Stock Coordinator, Account Managers, Sales Administrators, Accountant
b.    External: Clients, KRA

D: OTHER INFORMATION
1.    One weekly meeting; – Level 10 every Tuesday’s from 7:30-9.00AM
2.    Departmental meeting and Trainings
3.    Any other meeting planned and called upon to attend
